Dairy Products Reduce Risk of Diabetes & Heart Disease

A 20-year study has found that men who get enough dairy are at a substantially lower risk for diabetes and heart disease. The data shows that drinking at least 16 ounces of milk a day makes men 62% less likely to develop health conditions such as high blood fats and high blood pressure. Doctors caution that people shouldn't consume large amounts of dairy products and should instead incorporate it as part of a balanced diet.
